Refund Policy for South Bay Hauling Experts

At South Bay Hauling Experts, we strive to provide top-notch hauling services, including furniture removal, appliance disposal, mattress removal, and more. We aim to ensure you are delighted with our services. However, we understand that occasionally, situations may require a refund. Please read our Refund Policy below.

  1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to offering the highest level of service. If you’re dissatisfied with our service, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of completion, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will try to rectify the problem by either offering a revised service or discussing a partial refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Service Performed: If the service was not what was initially requested or agreed upon.
  • Overcharge or Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or billed for more than the quoted price.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your scheduled service within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. However, no refund will be issued if cancellation occurs after the service has already been completed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changes in service scope after service has been rendered.
  • Damage to items caused by factors out of our control (e.g., improper prepped items or hazardous materials).
  • Failure to provide access or unprepared job sites: If our team arrives on-site and cannot complete the job due to access issues, or if the items to be hauled are not ready or accessible, no refund will be given.
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer service team. Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • The service date and any relevant details about the job
  • Your contact information and receipt or payment confirmation

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  1. Additional Terms
  • Refunds will only be issued for services rendered by South Bay Hauling Experts and will not cover third-party charges.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds must be made within 7 days of service completion.
  • South Bay Hauling Experts reserves the right to refuse a refund if the circumstances do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
