Please ensure that no hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos) are mixed with the items for disposal. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may pose a risk to the health and safety of our team.
We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, paint, or other toxic substances. If such items are found during the service, we may refuse to remove them, and additional charges may apply. You are responsible for properly disposing of hazardous items according to local regulations.
While we take all necessary precautions to avoid damage during our hauling services, South Bay Hauling Experts is not liable for any incidental damage that may occur during the removal process. We are not responsible for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper handling of items by clients. Our liability is limited to the cost of the hauling service.
